Echo Valley __EXCLUSIVE__

Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area is a volunteer, 501c3 non-profit ski resort located in the Lake Chelan area of Washington State. The resort was founded over 65 years ago (1955 to present). It is the place for winter recreation in the Lake Chelan valley. Families have been skiing at Echo Valley for several generations and visitors to the valley love our family friendly atmosphere. From skiing to snow tubing, it's all here at Echo Valley.

Echo Valley is a Lions Club sponsored activity. The Lake Chelan Lions Club was chartered in 1935 and has served our valley for over 80 years. They raise funds to support our local needs including but not limited to: sight and hearing efforts to insure our kids have the best chance at a good education; Christmas grocery gift cards to our less fortunate seniors; support for Echo Valley Ski Hill; area Guide Dogs for the Blind; Diabetes Camp for kids; trade scholarships for our high school seniors and many other large and small efforts that make our valley thrive. To support their activities they put on the highly anticipated annual Golf Tournament, Christmas wreath and tree sales, St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Shuffle Fun Run, and other sales and events.

The valley contains a mosaic of meadows that are likely related to a fire that burned through the area in the 1980s. This fire killed most of the trees, raising the water table, and creating the meadows. Debris and deadfall from burned trees are common in many of the meadow areas.[2] 041b061a72
