The Role

The Solution Architect will be leading technical thought leadership and delivery excellence related activities at strategic accounts. The ideal candidate has expert level knowledge and experience in designing, migrating, and implementing complex hosting solutions and migrations. The position is customer facing and will work closely with Product Owners, Applications Owners, Network and Security team to deliver the best solution for large scale infrastructure design and application migrations. Candidates should possess expert knowledge in public and hybrid cloud models. The engineer needs to have the ability to provide insight into the workloads and their dependencies to map out the best strategy to migrate workloads to Azure. This will include determining the ideal groups of applications and defining a roadmap to move to the cloud.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and support execution of client engagements
Work with staffing and recruiting to build high-performance delivery teams for your clients
Identify account risks and develop/implement remediation plans
Deploy highly available, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure using industry best practices
Deploy networking solutions by using the Azure Portal and other methods, including PowerShell, Azure Command-Line Interface (CLI)
Provide technical aspects of solution proposals, SOW, and estimation
Define and implement infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to migrate workloads into Azure
Design and develop automation to support continuous delivery and continuous integration process
Work closely with the Development and Operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment of infrastructure
Lead Cloud enablement team

Qualifications

Expert Azure Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure Infrastructure as Code), Bicep
Clear and expert understanding of routing and route tables as it relates to Azure
Experienced in Azure governance, Express Route, S2S VPN devices, Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, RBAC, virtual network and subscription peering
Azure networking: Hub and spoke, Virtual WAN, SD-WAN
Experienced in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Pipelines, Branching, Merges, Approval gates
IAM – users/groups/service accounts and their differences
Azure Virtual Machines & Azure Foundations
Experienced in M365/Intune
Networking and VPCs, concepts of public vs. private IPs
Security, ACLs, Azure firewalls
Exceptional documentation and diagramming skills
Automation; VM setup/teardown, scripting, platform tools (Azure Resource Manager), exposure to 3rd party tool like Terraform or Cloud Foundry useful
Logging and monitoring of cloud deployments

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking challenges
Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders

PRODUCT MANAGER

You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Objectives of this Role

Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates [Company X] and its features across primary market segments

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in product design or engineering
Previous software and web development experience
Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising

Senior Devops Engineer

Job Description

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for managing design and engineering activities related to cloud initiatives and the DevOps suite of tools used to deploy applications to the cloud.

You will

Design, build, and support advanced cloud automation workflows and tools used to support automated CI/CD pipeline application deployments into AWS using Jenkins, Artifactory, Puppet, Packer and Terraform
Design and implement enterprise-wide layered cloud image management and deployment optimization systems with support for public/private software repositories
Design, development, and support of automation modules using Puppet Enterprise integrated with enterprise metadata
Adhere to the process and security standards when building application infrastructure in AWS
Serve as enforcer for DevOps practices to prevent technical drift
Maintain key service level agreements
Onboard new applications into standardized release pipelines
Work closely and collaborate with technical peers, business operations and enterprise testing teams
Provide guidance and direction to App Dev teams in regard to DevOps processes and technical/pipeline standards
Participate in team wide Change Management processes as both implementer and verifier ensuring changes are completed efficiently and correctly
Participate in security reviews for application security groups

You have

Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience with DevOps practices and automation tooling
Experience with Terraform or Cloud Formation scripting
Experience with DevOps orchestration tools such as Jenkins
Experience with AWS cloud services
Experience with managed container services (ECS, EKS, and Fargate) is a plus
Experience with Thick AMIs (Amazon Machine Images)
Familiarity with Packer
Understanding of application code and build scripts
Strong understanding of infrastructure components and how they are architected in AWS
Experience with public cloud migrations/transformations
Experience with java, python, or .Net scripting
